- Interpret legal ramifications related to breaches and apply compliance as a layer of defense. Additionally, use resources from standards organizations and utilize a network detection and response solution to develop an Incident Response Plan.
- Cybersecurity Culture
- Learn how to increase buy-in from employees. Also, implement a training and awareness program, along with a culture around cybersecurity. Lastly, lead conversations with 3rd parties to align cybersecurity expectations.
- Making Investments
- Prioritize budget items for cybersecurity initiatives, while interpreting risk and ROI. Find and retain talent that will implement enterprise risk management, and include 3rd parties in the process.
